2010 Bell County Fair

Hanging out at the top of Cumberland Gap
Joey and Adam
We had a wonderful time with our friends at the Bell County Fair in eastern KY. This is probably the best value fair we play all year. Tons of things to do, Rodeo, Wrestling, Exotic Animal show, Truck and Tractor pulls, Mud races, Demo Derby, nice carnival, 4-H exhibits, Magic Show, Nojoe's Clown Circus, Gospel music night with current "name" acts, Fireworks, Big name country music act all for $5 admission.
Our show was set on a grass lot with good accessability. The first day we opened we had to stretch some power cables to get electricity because the boxes where the shows were set weren't ready. We were the only show to make things happen and perform. I think the fact that we had fans show up just to see our show and we performed without problems speaks alot to the professionalism that our company brings.
We spent some time hanging out at Cumberland Gap and exploring the rocks and woods there. On Saturday we had early shows and got everything packed and ready to go because we were invited to hang out and meet Bucky Covington and his band. We had the chance to open for him a couple of years ago in New Martinsville WV. It was cool to see him again and he remembered us opening for him. So that was a nice lie for him to tell.
On Sunday we jumped 555 miles into Indiana PA. We have 2 shows a day here through Saturday. On Sunday we will jump into Sevierville TN.
