Bloomingdale Elementary School Thank you! You were all so awesome! We arrived in the area on Monday evening and had a good freind Kyle who lives in the area come by and spend some dinner and some time with us. Up at around 6:15 to get started we were in and set up by 8:30 am. We had field trip tours in for about 30 minutes each and that was fun with all kinds of questions. The show began around 1pm and these kids were having a blast! In fact, we all were having fun and before I knew it we had played about 45 min and the show was over. Ms. Mary Thaxton was wonderful as well as the entire faculty that we had contact with. They met us with a cooler full of water, then around lunch they brought us a delivered pizza and even threw in a little extra cash at the end of the day! I wish that every school gig was here! We really appreciate being made to feel at home and like we belong. Tomorrow we play another school gig. Tyler killed at this show! He literally could do no wrong, with the entire audience so loud that he had to work a little extra for them just to settle them down. It is so wonderful to see how his character and abilities are growing. We all, I especially am so proud of his achievements! Thanks again Bloomingdale Elementary!
